To register with the Manningham United Football Club you must download the registration form below, complete and either hand to a MUFC Committee member or post to;

* - If payment is via Direct Deposit, it is important the reference clearly identifies the player by their Surname & Team.
If there are more than one players in the team with the same surname, please include the players firstname as well. (eg SmithPeterU15)
